Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or posting community content, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

The Site is not intended for children under 13. You must be at least 13 to create an account or submit reviews, comments, questions, or other community content. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise purchases.

2. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate account and checkout information and keep it current.
• Protect passwords, passkeys, MFA methods, and devices used to access the account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe an account or authentication method has been compromised.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Purchases, pricing, and inventory

• Product availability, condition, images, prices, taxes, and shipping charges are shown at checkout and may change before an order is submitted.
• An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order; it does not prevent cancellation or refund when inventory, pricing, fraud, payment, or legal issues make fulfillment impracticable.
• Preorders are subject to release-date and allocation changes. We will communicate material changes and provide remedies required by law.
• Stripe and supported wallet providers process payments. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to their services.

4. Shipping, pickup, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, address problems, severe weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Returns, damaged-item requests, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the order.

5. Reviews, posts, and community conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant dracospitfire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Site. You may request deletion subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

• Post only content you have the right to share and that reflects a genuine experience or good-faith question.
• Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, fraud, impersonation, spam, malicious code, private information, or unlawful material.
• Do not manipulate reviews, ratings, likes, promotions, inventory, or account systems.
• We may moderate, refuse, or remove content and restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, the Site, or the integrity of the community.

6. Intellectual property

The Site software, original text, branding, layout, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Pokémon and related names, characters, and marks belong to their respective owners. dracospitfire and Professor.Pokémon are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, or GAME FREAK unless explicitly stated.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not probe, bypass, disrupt, scrape at harmful scale, or misuse security, payment, inventory, promotion, or authentication controls.
• Do not use the Site to violate law, third-party rights, marketplace rules, or payment-network requirements.
• Do not resell access, automate abusive purchases, or interfere with another person’s use of the Site.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The Site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. We may update these Terms as services change. Material updates will receive a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
